The 003-504 6ET housing is designed with a plastic replaceable liner, for ease of regaining a tight clearance with the impeller, for the low cost of a liner when you need to replace it. Get all of the benefits that Sea-Doo owners have been getting for years! The very low-cost plastic wear-ring liner is easy to remove and replace so you never have to buy an aluminum housing again!

This housing replaces OEM Yamaha pump housing P/N: 6ET-51312-00-00, 6GN-R1312-00-00, 6GN-R1312-01-00, 6HL-R1312-00-00

This 003-504 housing is an aftermarket 160mm Yamaha "6ET style" jet pump housing. The housing is aluminum, and is a duplicate of the OEM housing, but this includes a plastic wear ring, instead of the thin steel liner that corrodes and bulges. As the plastic wear ring becomes damaged, you can simply cut it out and press in a new $47.00 piece and regain a close tolerance to the impeller without having to buy another housing.

This replaces Yamaha OEM part: 6ET-51312-00-00, 6GN-R1312-00-00, 6GN-R1312-01-00, 6HL-R1312-00-00

The kit includes a new wear ring, and replacement wear rings are easy to install, and inexpensive too. We sell them (003-523)for $46.99
