Our custom tuned Solas Twin impeller is pitched specifically for the 230 horsepower models of Sea-Doo Switch pontoon jetboats. This style of impeller is designed to maximize bottom end efficiency, and virtually eliminate cavitation!
This is an incredible impeller for tow sports, because of the lack of cavitation and bottom end increase. It also keeps driving forward through turns better than what other impellers provide.
Keep in mind, that out of the box from Solas, the Twin impeller is a very aggressive design. It's made for the 300HP engine, and simply won't perform well right out of the box with the 230HP engine. This impeller needs to be pitched specifically for your Switch model. The benefits can be huge! We'll need all of the details on your boat with any changes to the engine, elevation, etc.
Note: This impeller is 161mm in diameter, just like the OEM 230HP impeller. If you want a 159mm diameter impeller, please check the option below.
Note: If maximizing top speed is your goal, then this impeller isn't the answer. To maximize top speed, you'll want to navigate over to our 4-blade 230 Switch impeller. Our most recent 2025 test results with our 4-blade 230 impeller have shown +2mph over a good clean stock impeller!
