We care about our customers and want your shopping experience to be easy and problem free.

Most of our products have required fields that ask for clarification before buying it. For example, if you’re trying to purchase a Solas YV-CD impeller, we ask you to tell us what year of craft you have, as well as the model, so that you don’t accidentally get the wrong impeller for your ski. If that impeller doesn’t fit your model, then it won’t come up as an option. Afterall, it would suck to place the order, wait like a kid the night before Christmas morning for the package to come, only to get a 160mm diameter impeller for your ski that has a 155mm pump. No one likes having to wait all over again for a replacement while our buddies are all out rippin’ it up on the water, right?

We take it a step further. If you place an order for multiple pump parts so you can rebuild your pump (or pumps if you have a twin engine jet boat), and one or more doesn’t match the rest, or we feel like you may have made a mistake on the getting the correct wear ring for the impeller purchased, we’ll reach out to you, just to get a confirmation. Yeah, you may have multiple skis or jobs going, but what does an email or phone call hurt? We just want to help make sure you get the right parts for your job the first time. That’s personal service you can expect from Leading Edge. We watch for those red flags, and aren’t going to be blindly sending parts, with an attitude like others might give, “Hey you ordered it- I guess you have to return it”. That’s a hassle we don’t want our customers to have to deal with.

We appreciate our customers so much, and know that time is valuable, especially in some parts of the country where seasons are very short- we make it our business to ask questions and serve you as quickly as possible because if you’re happy, we’re happy.
