USA SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Leading Edge Impellers offers FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $150 in the continental United States. Free shipping offer applies only to online orders totaling over $150 before tax and shipping, using standard fulfillment/shipping method. Offer applies only to domestic shipments within the Continental United States (48 States). Oversized and overweight items and/or shipments, chemicals, and hazardous materials are excluded from this offer. Note on FREE Shipping offer: We cannot take a free shipping credit and apply any value toward any other expedited form of shipping.

Note that we may not know the size and weight of the item(s) you are ordering until your order has been processed. If your order is oversized and/or overweight and does not qualify for our free shipping offer, you will be contacted by a sales representative with a shipping quote. We will not process your oversized/overweight order until we have approval on the shipping quote.

Shipping rates for the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories is calculated if you do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of the order before taxes & shipping. Transit time is based on shipping location and begins after processing. Processing time varies based on stock availability, but is generally 1-5 business days.

You will be able to see U.S. Standard Shipping Rates in the checkout before you place your order.

If your billing and shipping address is different, we will need to speak with the card holder before the order is shipped.

General Information:

We only ship on weekdays, not on weekends. In stock orders will be shipped within 1-5 days after the order is placed. If the item is expected to take longer to process and ship, we will contact you to let you know of the delay, and with options available to you. Expedited shipping does not guarantee same day shipping. Expedited shipping estimated times start when it leaves out warehouse, NOT when the order was placed, and does not include weekend days.

Custom orders will ship after lead time for production.

Leading Edge Impellers uses USPS and UPS for shipping within the United States. Extra charges apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and SP. Tracking information is available once the item has shipped. You will receive email notification at the time your item ships, including tracking information. Additionally, you may track your package in My Account tab.



Leading Edge Impellers tries to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, if we find an item is not available we will contact you as soon as possible. Those items may have additional shipping times attached to them.

Custom products:
Custom products take 3-14 business days to produce, depending on product. Skat-Trak impellers are all custom made, and typically take from 7-21 days before shipping. Shipping time will begin after product is produced. If expedited shipping is chosen at checkout, the item(s) will ship after production time indicated.
Custom items include but are not limited to:
Custom pitched impellers, Skat-Trak impellers, and other specialty items.

OEM products can take up to 7-21 business days to receive from OEM manufacturer and will then ship to the final destination.

Multiple items in an order are shipped together. If we contact you with a delay of some items, you may ask us to ship some item separately. All shipments will have a tracking number emailed to the email address that you have provided us and will be traceable through the shipping company's web site. **All packages shipped within the state of California will be charged a 8.75% sales tax. **

International Shipping:

We ship items internationally via United States Postal Service. Generally speaking we will ship
items International Priority which takes about 6-10 business days (non-trackable). If you would like your item shipped quicker, we offer International Express shipping that will get your item to you in about 3-5 business days, of course this option does cost more. Transit times are based on what the Postal Service quotes and does not include delays in customs within your country.

Leading Edge Impellers will not be fraudulent on any customs forms, so please do not ask. We only put the true value of the items in the box. We do not pay for any international customs fees or duties.

We cannot ship any chemicals internationally due to postal regulations.

We cannot issue return call tags for international customers. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct items before completing your check. All returned items for international customers will be shipped at the customer’s expense. If you have purchased the wrong item and need to return you will not be refunded your original shipping money.

If a package is returned to us for non-receipt, you will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If you would like the package resent to you, there will be another shipping charge. If you have any questions regarding shipping or our policy feel free to contact us at (949) 229-7339.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Merchandise damaged in shipping must be returned to our shipping department within 14 days of the invoice date. Therefore, please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to the freight carrier. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. In order to acquire an RA number, please contact our sales department at (949) 229-7339 or email sales@leadingedgeimpellers.com. Please have images ready of the damaged shipping box and items for review.

Please also document damage to all areas of shipping packaging and product (if opened). This will help us to quickly process damaged merchandise returns.
