Seasonal Refresh
Damage from rocks and debris can bend the impeller blades out of pitch, dull and damage the leading and trailing edges, cause vibration, and huge performance loss in your jetski or jet boat.
Starting at $85.00, we will
· True the pitch of impeller blades with our “Pro-Tune” process
· Weld up any non-outside diameter voids and cracks
· Re-balance the impeller on our two-plane dynamic balancer
· Re-finish & sharpen the impeller*
· At your request, we can also repitch the impeller to change the craft’s performance.
Factory Refresh
This is a full rebuild of your impeller.
A seasonal refresh, along with welding and re-machining the impellers’ outside diameter back to new specifications, so it fits tight in your pump housing. Impellers with worn O/D’s have typically been run in a lot of sand, or the pump has old, worn bearings allowing the impeller to rub the housing- decreasing the size of the impeller, and increasing the gap between it and the pump resulting in cavitation, and huge performance loss.
This service starts at $135.00
Additional fees include:
· Pro finish applied to the impeller +$75.00
· Pitch modifications to impeller +$40.00 and up
· 4-blade impeller charge +$20.00
· Cut back impeller (machined to set impeller back in the pump 3-5mm) from +$65.00
· 650 Mod (machine a 750/800 impeller to fit a 650 pump) +$85.00
*Note: All impellers are refinished with our recreation finish, unless you request the Pro finish.
*Important note: Since the outside diameter of an impeller is critical to a pump's efficiency, the quote is not guaranteed. Upon receipt of your impeller, we will measure it and contact you if the quote changes. Thank you
