This is a full rebuild of your impeller.

A seasonal refresh, along with welding and re-machining the impellers’ outside diameter back to new specifications, so it fits tight in your pump housing. Impellers with worn O/D’s have typically been run in a lot of sand, or the pump has old, worn bearings allowing the impeller to rub the housing- decreasing the size of the impeller, and increasing the gap between it and the pump resulting in cavitation, and huge performance loss.

• We provide correct, and accurate impeller rebuilding specifications for every impeller out there, with correct blade pitch, balance and blueprinting on all of our repairs

• Leading Edge offers rebuilding of the impellers outside diameter to reduce excessive impeller/pump clearance, regaining a very close tolerance to your pump housing- which increases efficiency, reduces cavitation, and maximizes your craft's performance!

• We can repitch your existing impeller to match your change in horsepower, maximizing your craft’s performance

• We repair all brands of stainless steel impellers. Skat-Trak, Solas, OEM Yamaha, OEM SeaDoo, OEM Kawasaki, OEM Polaris & more.

Additional fees include:

· Pro finish applied to the impeller +$75.00

· Pitch modifications to impeller +$40.00 and up

· 4-blade impeller charge +$20.00

· Cut back impeller (machined to set impeller back in the pump 3-5mm) from +$65.00

· 650 Mod (machine a 750/800 impeller to fit a 650 pump) +$85.00

*Note: All impellers are refinished with our recreation finish, unless you request the Pro finish.
