Solas Yamaha WR004H Driveshaft Holding tool for most 650, 701, 760, 800 and some 1100cc Yamaha skis that use the 20mm driveshaft
This tool makes removal/installation of an impeller so much easier! Simply insert the tool into a vice (or hold it with a large wrench), and insert the driveshaft into it. Now you can turn the impeller and unthread it from the shaft while keeping the shaft from spinning. It's a lifesaver

The Solas WR004H driveshaft holding tool fits onto the end of the Yamaha driveshaft within the pump of most FX-1 standup, 144mm and some 155mm pumps.
Use this tool to hold the shaft while tightening/loosening the impeller from the shaft
We also suggest buying the WR004 impeller tool for Solas impellers, or the Skat-Trak SYT20 impeller tool to remove/install the impeller to/from the shaft. If you have an OEM Yamaha impeller, you only need this WR014H tool, as the stock impellers use a hex nose to grab onto with a large closed end wrench
